★My 050 Number Cancelation Procedure Has Changed★

Dear Customer, 

Our My 050 number contract cancellation procedure has changed.

Cancellation is now available via the My Account > My 050 menu. 

If your account is active, you can request cancellation, and we will process it within 24 hours. 
Please note that the "Cancel My 050" button will not be displayed if your account is deactivated due to an unpaid bill.
